Vegan Cauliflower Teriyaki Bowl
Crunchy, fulfilling, flavorful, satisfying teriyaki bowl, and it's VEGAN!
Vegan Cauliflower Teriyaki Bowl

Ingredients
1 cauliflower head
Panko bread crumbs
teriyaki sauce
green onions
sesame seeds
Preferred rice
Batter:
3/4 of a cup all purpose flour
1 teaspoon of sea salt
1 cup of water
1 tablespoon of garlic powder
1 tablespoon of onion powder
Vegan Chipotle Sauce:
1/2 a cup of vegan mayo
1 chipotle peeper in adobo sauce
2 tablespoons of lemon juice
1 teaspoon of garlic powder
1 teaspoon of paprika
1 teaspoon of sea salt
1 teaspoon of sugar
1 pinch of cumin
Things you'll need
Mixing bowl
additional bowl for panko bread crumbs
cutting board
cookie pan
oven
measuring cup
measuring spoons
Instructions
Teriyaki Bowl
Mix ingredients for batter all purpose flour, salt, water, garlic and onion powder in a mixing bowl until well combined.
Preheat your oven to 425°F.
Add panko bread crumbs to a bowl and have your cookie pan ready.
Add parchment paper or spray oil onto you pan to prevent the cauliflower from sticking.
Dip the cauliflower piece into the batter then onto to panko bread crumbs and place on cookie pan. Repeat this until you've used up all your cauliflower. Make sure they are spread out.
Place them in oven and cook for 20-25 mins or until crisp.
Make your favorite rice, I make white rice it's two parts water for one part rice.
Remove them from oven and allow them to cool down a bit.
Dip your cauliflower into teriyaki sauce.
In a bowl add your rice, cauliflower teriyaki and top it off with green onions, sesame seeds and chipotle sauce.

Chipotle Sauce
Mix all the ingredients together in a blender and add more salt or seasoning after tasting if needed. Add it to you teriyaki bowl, thank me later.
